This Privacy Policy is designed to provide clarity about how we process the information we collect, as well as how you can exercise your privacy rights, where applicable. This Privacy Policy applies whenever you play our games; otherwise access any of our other products, services, content, websites and/or the other domains provided by us; any other digital online properties or services that link to this Privacy Policy; and our marketing activities, live events and other activities described in this Privacy Policy, together referred to as “Services.” In this policy, “CenturyGames” refers to Century Games Pte. 1. Information We Collect and Process

The personal information we may collect and process about you through the Services falls into the following general categories:

1.1. Data that you provide voluntarily

  • Account information: In-game user name and password, in-game user ID
  • Contact information: Your email address
  • Profile information (such as name, social networking sites (“SNS”) accounts, age range, gender,  image, profile photo)
  • Communication information: Your messages to us or your messages sent via the Service (such as chat logs and player support tickets)
  • Transactional information: Your payment and transaction information in our Services
  • Other information: Any other information not specifically listed here, such as any other information you choose to give our customer service or other team in the game or via email (such as information to identify a lost account)

1.2 Information We Collect automatically

When you access our Services, we may also collect certain information automatically from you and/or your device, such as:

  • Device information: such asyour mobile device’s identifiers; IP address, which only allows us to determine the geographic area and does not reveal your precise location; your device information (such as device type, device system language, network and carrier data, operating system); your country; and application performance and de-bugging information.
  • Online activity information: such as details about the games and platforms you use; information regarding your use of and interaction with our Services (such as in-game event, game version); what your current progress is in our Services; the date and time of activity; and user news or notification in our Services.

Like most online services, we use cookies and other similar technologies (“Cookies”) to enhance your experience and prevent fraud for your using websites of ours. Cookies are small text files stored by browser(s) on your device. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you wish so. In that case, some aspects of the service may then not function properly.

1.3 Information we obtain from third party sources

When you use any of CenturyGames Services via your social media account, such as Facebook, Wechat or Google (where our games may also be referred to as “applications”), you allow CenturyGames to access certain information from your profile on that site. The information we receive from you will depend on your social media privacy settings. You can control and find out more about these settings at the social network services where you play our games.

CenturyGames may access and store some or all of the following information, such as:

  • your user identification number (like your Facebook ID number), which may be linked to publicly-available information like your name and profile photo
  • information about your activities on or through the connected third-party platform
  • any other information that you or the third-party platform shares with us

We may collect information about you from third-party sources, such as advertising partners. We may get your personal information, for example, if you clicked on an advertisement directing you to one of our Services.  We will be provided with information about which advertising network and advertising campaign the install originated from.

2. How We Collect Information about You

When you play one of our games, CenturyGames collects and stores certain personal information and non-personal information that you provide directly or through third party sources that is offering our game(s); In addition, your web browser or client software may transmit certain information regarding your computer (capabilities, game data processing, etc.) to CenturyGames. Certain information regarding your game play, such as a timestamp of your last game played and your game progressions, will be collected from you and/or automatically generated based upon your use of our game services.

As is true with most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include a unique identifier such as your browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you.

CenturyGames and our partners, may use tracking technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the websites, tracking users’ movements around the websites, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.

Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our websites, but your ability to use some features or areas of our websites may be limited.

3. How We Use the Information We Collect

We may use your personal information for the following purposes or as otherwise described at the time of collection:

Services delivery, operations and account management: We may use your personal information to: (i) provide, operate and improve the service and our business; (ii) personalize the service, including remembering the devices from which you have previously logged in and remembering your selections and preferences as you navigate the service; (iii) establish and maintain your user profile on the service; (iv) enable security features of the service, such as by remembering devices from which you have previously logged in; (v)communicate with you about the Service, including by sending Service-related announcements, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages; (vi) understand your needs and interests, and personalize your experience with the Service and our communications; and (vii) provide support for the Service, and respond to your requests, questions and feedback.

Improvement and development: We may use your personal information for improvement and development purposes, including to analyze and improve the service and our business and to develop new products and services. As part of these activities, we may create aggregated, de-identified and/or anonymized data from personal information we collect. We make personal information into de-identified or anonymized data by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to you. We may use this aggregated, de-identified or otherwise anonymized data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze and improve the service and promote our business. We also may use your personal information to analyze your usage of the service, improve the Service, improve the rest of our business, help us understand user activity on the service, including which pages are most and least visited and how visitors move around the service, as well as user interactions with our emails, and to develop new products and services.

Marketing and advertising: We, our service providers and our third-party advertising partners may collect and use your personal information for marketing and advertising purposes: We will only send marketing messages to you if we have your consent. You may choose to stop receiving marketing messages from us by using the unsubscribe option in the message or contacting us.

Compliance, protection and anti-fraud security: We may use your personal information to: (i) comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas, investigations, or requests from government authorities; (ii) protect our, your or others’ rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal claims)’ (iii) audit our internal processes for compliance with legal and contractual requirements or our internal policies; (iv) enforce the terms and conditions that govern the Service; and (v) prevent, identify, investigate and deter fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft.

With your consent: In some cases, we may specifically ask for your consent to collect, use or share your personal information, such as carrying out surveys and when required by law.

To create aggregated, de-identified and/or anonymized data. We may create aggregated, de-identified and/or anonymized data from your personal information and other individuals whose personal information we collect. We make personal information into de-identified and/or anonymized data by removing information that makes the data identifiable to you [and we will not attempt to reidentify any such data]. We may use this aggregated, de-identified and/or anonymized data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze and improve the Service and promote our business

Further uses, in some cases, we may use your personal information for further uses, in which case we will ask for your consent to use of your personal information for those further purposes if they are not compatible with the initial purpose for which information was collected.

4. Sharing of Your Information

We may share your personal information with the following parties and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy, in other applicable notices, or at the time of collection.

Affiliates: Our corporate parent, subsidiaries, sister company and affiliates, or any other entity under its control or acting in concert with us.

Service providers. Third parties that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Service or our business.

Payment processors. Any payment card information you use to make a purchase on the Service is collected and processed directly by our payment processors, such as PayPal / Adyen.

Advertising partners. Third-party advertising companies for interest-based advertising purposes.

Third parties designated by you. We may share your personal information with third parties where you have instructed us or provided your consent to do so. For example, we may share your personal information with third-parties with whom we are collaborating to offer you additional services. We will share personal information that is needed for these other companies to provide the services that you have requested.

Business and marketing partners. Third parties with whom we jointly offer products or services or whose products or services may be of interest to you.

Linked third-party services. If you log into the Service with, or otherwise link your Service account to, a social media or other third-party service, we may share your personal information with that third-party service. The third party’s use of the shared information will be governed by its privacy policy and the settings associated with your account with the third-party service.

Professional advisors. Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.

Authorities and others. Law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for compliance and protection purposes.

5. How to Exercise Your Rights

Users who are located in Europe can find additional information about their rights below in the Notice to European Users.  Users who are located in U.S. states with privacy laws applicable to us can find more information about their rights in the U.S. State Privacy Rights Notice section below.

You may opt-out of receiving promotional communications, such as marketing emails we send you, at any time. If you wish to do so, please use the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of our emails, or e-mail us at privacy@centurygame.com. You can turn off push notifications by visiting the “options” or “settings” page within the relevant games.

You can opt-out of interest-based advertising on mobile applications by checking the privacy settings of your Android or iOS device and selecting “limit ad tracking” (Apple iOS) or “opt-out of interest based ads” (Android). For personalized in-game offers opt-out, pleasee-mail us at privacy@centurygame.com.

6. Data Deletion

We generally retain personal information we collect from you for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements, to establish or defend legal claims, or for compliance and protection purposes. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

When we no longer require the personal information we have collected about you, we may either delete it, anonymize it, or isolate it from further processing.

7. Age Limit

A Child User of the Service who is under the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction may only use the App after obtaining prior consent from their parent or legal guardian (“Parent”). For users located in certain regions we have listed the relevant minimum age as of the date of this policy in the table below.  We promise we would never collect any Child User’s personal information before Parents’ consent. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a Child User without the consent of a parent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such data as promptly as possible. If you are a Parent of a Child User and would like to withdraw your consent or request that we delete the personal data of the Child User, please contact us at the email address below.

Accessing a Child User’s personal data. A Parent may review, access, and change their Child User’s personal data. If Parent wish to withdraw your consent, please contact us via email at privacy@centurygame.com. After withdrawal, your child will lose access to the aforementioned features, and relevant personal information will be deleted.

8. Privacy Policies of Linked Sites and Advertisers

The Services may contain advertisements and links to websites, mobile applications, and other online services from companies other than CenturyGames. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such third parties. If you have any questions about how these other third parties use your information, you should review their policies and contact them directly.

9. Security of Your Information

We have taken steps designed to assure that your information is protected. However, security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.

11. US State Privacy Rights Notice

Except as otherwise provided, this section applies to residents of U.S. states to the extent they have privacy laws applicable to us that grant their residents the rights described below (collectively, the “State Privacy Laws”).

This section describes how we collect, use, and share Personal Information of residents of these states and the rights these users may have with respect to their Personal Information. Please note that not all rights listed below are included in each State Privacy Law, so all of the listed rights may not be afforded to all users. In addition, we may not be able to process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to confirm your identity or understand and respond to it.

For purposes of this section, the term “Personal Information” has the meaning given to “personal data”, “personal information” or other similar terms, and “Sensitive Personal Information” has the meaning given to “sensitive personal information,” “sensitive data”, or other similar terms, in each case, as such terms are defined in the State Privacy Laws, except that in neither case does such term include information exempted from the scope of the State Privacy Laws. In some cases, we may provide a different privacy notice to certain categories of residents of these states, such as job applicants, in which case that notice will apply instead of this section.

Your privacy rights. The State Privacy Laws may provide residents with some or all of the rights listed below. However, these rights are not absolute, and some State Privacy Laws do not provide these rights to their residents.  Therefore, we may decline your request in certain cases as permitted by law.

  • Information. You can request the following information about how we have collected and used your Personal Information:

    • The categories of sources from which we collected Personal Information.
    • The business or commercial purpose for collecting and/or selling Personal Information.
    • The categories of third parties with which we share Personal Information.

    • The categories of third parties to whom the Personal Information was sold or disclosed for a business purpose.
  • Access. You can request a copy of the Personal Information that we have collected about you.
  • Appeal. You can appeal our denial of any request validly submitted.
  • Correction. You can ask us to correct inaccurate Personal Information that we have collected about you.
  • Deletion. You can ask us to delete the Personal Information that we have collected from you.
  • Opt-out.
    • Opt-out of certain processing for targeted advertising purposes. We may process Personal Information for targeted advertising purposes. You can opt-out of certain processing of personal information for targeted advertising purposes.
    • Opt-out of profiling/automated decision making. We do not use your Personal Information to engage in profiling or to perform automated decision-making that results in significant financial impacts, significant impacts on housing, education, employment, health care, or criminal justice, or similarly significant impacts.  
    • Opt-out of other sales of personal data. We do not sell your Personal Information within the meaning of State Privacy Laws.
  • Consumers under 16. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age. Note that we do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13.
  • Sensitive Personal Information. We do not intentionally collect or process Sensitive Personal Information outside of certain user-to-user messages, and in that case, we do not process Sensitive Personal Information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about consumers under California’s privacy law.
  • Nondiscrimination. You are entitled to exercise the rights described above free from discrimination as prohibited by the State Privacy Laws. 

Exercising your right to information/know, access, appeal, correction, and deletion. You may submit requests to exercise your right to information/know, access, appeal, correction, or deletion by contacting our support team through the “Support” button in the game, or via email to privacy@centurygame.com

Exercising your right to opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your Personal Information.   While we do not sell personal information for money, like many companies, we use services that help deliver interest-based ads to you as described above. The State Privacy Laws may classify our use of some of these services as “selling” or “sharing” your Personal Information with the advertising partners that provide the services. 

  • Website: You can submit requests to opt-out of tracking for targeted advertising purposes or other sales of Personal Information here: “Support” button in the game or via email to privacy@centurygame.com.  Your request to opt-out will apply only to the browser and the device from which you submit the request.
  • Game/Mobile Application: To opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information arising from your use of our games/mobile applications, please contact our support team through the “Support” button in the game or you may email us at privacy@centurygames.com with your request, mobile game name, username, and email address so that we can associate your request with the relevant game/mobile application account.

Verification of Identity; Authorized agents. We may need to verify your identity in order to process your information/know, access, appeal, correction, or deletion requests and reserve the right to confirm your residency. To verify your identity, we may require you to log into an online account if you have one, provide identifiers we can match against information we may have collected from you previously, confirm your request using the email or telephone stated in the request, provide government identification, provide a declaration under penalty of perjury, or provide other information, where permitted by law. 

Under some State Privacy Laws, you many enable an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.  However, we may need to verify your authorized agent’s identity and authority to act on your behalf.  We may require a copy of a valid power of attorney given to your authorized agent pursuant to applicable law. If you have not provided your agent with such a power of attorney, we may ask you to take additional steps permitted by law to verify that your request is authorized, such as by providing your agent with written and signed permission to exercise your State Privacy Laws rights on your behalf, the information we request to verify your identity, and confirmation that you have given the authorized agent permission to submit the request.

Personal information that we collect, use and disclose. We have summarized the Personal Information we collect, the purposes for which we collect it and t third parties to whom we may disclose it by reference below to both the categories defined in the Information We Collect and Process section of this Privacy Policy above and the categories of Personal Information specified in the CCPA (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140). This chart describes our practices currently and during the 12 months preceding the effective date of this Privacy Policy.   • Shine the light law.  Under California’s Shine the Light law (California Civil Code Section 1798.83), California residents may ask companies with whom they have formed a business relationship primarily for personal, family or household purposes to provide the names of third parties to which they have disclosed certain personal information (as defined under the Shine the Light law) during the preceding calendar year for their own direct marketing purposes, and the categories of personal information disclosed. You may send us requests for this information to privacy@centurygames.com. In your request, you must include the statement “Shine the Light Request,” and provide your first and last name and mailing address and certify that you are a California resident. We reserve the right to require additional information to confirm your identity and California residency. Please note that we will not accept requests via telephone, mail, or facsimile, and we are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or that do not have complete information.

  • Third Parties.  You may request a list of specific third parties to which Century Games has disclosed personal information by contacting us at privacy@centurygames.com.

12.Notice to European Users

12.1 General

Personal information. References to “personal information” in this Privacy Policy should be understood to include a reference to “personal data” as defined in the GDPR. Under the GDPR, “personal data” means information about individuals from which they are either directly identified or can be identified. The personal information that we collect from and about you is described in greater detail in ‘Personal information we collect’.

Controller. Century Games Pte. Ltd. is the controller in respect of the processing of your personal information covered by this Privacy Policy for purposes of European data protection legislation (including the EU GDPR and the so-called ‘UK GDPR’ (as and where applicable, the “GDPR”)). See the ‘Contact Us’ section above for our contact details.

Our Data Protection Officer. We have appointed a “Data Protection Officer”, this is a person who is responsible for independently overseeing and advising us in relation to our compliance with the GDPR (including compliance with the practices described in this Privacy Policy). 12.2 Our legal basis for processing

In respect of each of the purposes for which we use your personal information, the GDPR requires us to ensure that we have a “legal basis” for that use.
Our legal bases for processing your personal information described in this Privacy Policy are listed below.

  • Where we need to perform a contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you (“Contractual Necessity”).
  • Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests (“Legitimate Interests”). More detail about the specific legitimate interests pursued in respect of each purpose we use your personal information for is set out in the table below.
  • Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation (“Compliance with Law”).
  • Where we have your specific consent to carry out the processing for the purpose in question (“Consent”).

European data protection laws give you certain rights regarding your personal information. If you are located in Europe, you may ask us to take the following actions in relation to your personal information that we hold:

  • Access. Provide you with information about our processing of your personal information and give you access to your personal information.
  • Correct. Update or correct inaccuracies in your personal information.
  • Delete. Delete your personal information where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it – you also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal information where you have exercised your right to object to processing (see below).
